Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LAAR Market (“LAAR”, “we”, “us”), a classified advertising platform where people list items and services for sale and contact each other directly.

The operating entity is LEGAL ENTITY NAME, registered at REGISTERED ADDRESS. These terms are a published draft and are not yet legally reviewed.

You must be at least MINIMUM AGE years old to create an account. You may use LAAR without an account to browse listings.

An account requires a valid email address that you control. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. Never share one-time verification codes with anyone.
• Do not create accounts to impersonate another person or business.
• An account-deletion request process is not yet established: ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST PROCESS — TO BE CONFIRMED.

You are solely responsible for your listings, images, messages and reviews. By posting content you confirm that you have the right to sell the item and the right to use the images.

• Listings must describe a real, available item or service, priced honestly.
• Use your own photos of the actual item wherever possible.
• Place listings in the correct category and country.
• Do not post another person's contact details, ID documents or private information.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to host, display, resize and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

The following are not allowed on LAAR:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and military equipment.
• Drugs, controlled substances and prescription medicines.
• Stolen goods, counterfeit products and pirated media.
• Human trafficking, sexual services, and any exploitation of people.
• Live animals where prohibited by local law, and protected wildlife products.
• Government documents, IDs, and account credentials.
• Financial scams, pyramid schemes, advance-fee requests and phishing.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech and spam.

Additional restrictions may apply under the laws of APPLICABLE COUNTRIES / LOCAL LAW LIST.

LAAR is a listing platform, not a party to any sale. We do not process payments, hold funds, inspect items, verify ownership, arrange delivery, or provide escrow.

Any agreement is between the buyer and the seller. We give no warranty about the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing, and we do not guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

Verification badges indicate only that a user completed a specific step, such as confirming an email address or a phone number by SMS code. A badge is not an endorsement, a background check, or a guarantee about the person, the item or the transaction.

We may review reported content and, where a listing, message or account breaches these terms or applicable law, we may hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend the account.

Where we can do so reasonably, we aim to explain the reason for a removal. Appeals can be sent to SUPPORT EMAIL.

LAAR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, from content posted by users, or from your reliance on any listing. Any cap on liability and the statutory rights that cannot be excluded are set by GOVERNING LAW / LIABILITY CAP.

These terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING JURISDICTION, and disputes will be handled by COURTS / DISPUTE PROCESS.
